BreadBot Operational SMS Alerts – Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern SMS communications sent by Wilkinson Baking Company Inc (“BreadBot”) to authorized retail store personnel.

1. Program Description

BreadBot Operational SMS Alerts provide automated operational notifications related to BreadBot bakery systems installed in retail locations.

Messages may include:

  • Maintenance requests

  • Ingredient refill alerts

  • Cabinet or door notifications

  • Service scheduling coordination

  • System status updates

This program is strictly informational and operational. It is not marketing or promotional messaging.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on machine activity, maintenance needs, and operational status.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier and plan.

4. Consent

SMS messages are sent only to authorized store managers or designated personnel whose contact information is provided as part of the BreadBot service agreement.

During onboarding, authorized store personnel explicitly agree to receive recurring operational SMS messages from Wilkinson Baking Company related to their BreadBot machine.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may reply:

STOP — to opt out of SMS notifications
HELP — for assistance

Opting out may limit BreadBot’s ability to provide real-time operational alerts.

7. Limitation of Liability

BreadBot is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations, service interruptions, or technical failures outside our control.
